Warm Up (No Measure)

Row 500M then 3 rounds of;

15 PVC Passovers

15 Pushups

15 PVC OHS

30 sec Handstand Hold (Wall)

Push Jerk (3-3-3-3)

Four sets of:

Push Jerk – 3 reps

Rest 60 seconds

Plank from Rings x 60 seconds

Rest no more than 2-3 minutes between sets.

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Against a 60-second running clock, for a total of five sets, perform as many reps as possible of:

10 Kettlebell Swings (70/53lbs)

Max Reps of Thrusters (75/55 lbs)

Rest 60 seconds between sets

*Record number of Thrusters each round.
