Front Rack Lunge (E3MOM – 15 Minutes)

Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):

Front Rack Position – Walking Lunge x 12 steps (total).

Go heavy…the final steps should not be performed without struggle. Post final successful weight.
