GAME: CrossFit Baseball

2 teams compete to see who scores the most runs in 5 minutes.

Coaches call “strikes” for improper form. 3 strikes and you’re out.

1B = 10 MC

2B = 5 Burpees

3B = 5 Box Step Ups

Home = 5 Sit-ups

Teammates may proceed to next base when their teammate completes the exercise at that base.

Record total runs scored for the team.
