Spend 15 minutes stretching, rolling, banding, and preparing to WOD.

B: Back Squat (E2MOM – 10 minutes (5 sets))

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 45-55% of 1RM

*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 55-65%

*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 65-75%

*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 75-85%

*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 80-90%

C: Back Squat (E2MOM – 4 Minutes (2 sets))

Every two minutes, for 4 minutes (2 sets):

Back Squat x 10 reps @ 70-75%

D: Metcon (Time)

Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:
