Spend 15 minutes stretching, rolling, banding, and preparing to WOD.
B: Isabel (Time)
For Time: 30 Snatches, 135# / 95#
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Death by 10 Meters
Minute 1 run 10 meters
Minute 2 run 20 meters
Minute 3 run 30 meters
Minute 4 run 40 meters
Etc….
*Continue this pattern adding 10 meters until the distance cannot be achieved in the allotted time.
*The course is 10 meters long. Athletes will run 10 meters, touch the ground and reverse direction each time to accumalte the needed distance.
