B: CrossFit Games Open 12.1 (AMRAP – Reps)
7-Minute AMRAP of:
Burpees to a 6″ target
C: Death By Deadlifts (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Minute 1 perform 2 Deadlifts
Minute 2 perform 4 Deadlifts
Minute 3 perform 6 Deadlifts
Minute 4 ….
*Continue in this pattern until the required amount of reps cannot be achieved.
