Honor Courage Commitment, Inc. started the #22KILL movement in 2013 after learning about the staggering statistic that an average of 22 veterans are killed by suicide every day. HCC has committed to researching and understanding the genesis of this epidemic, and educating the general public on the issue.

#22KILL is a platform to raise awareness not just towards veteran suicide, but also to the issues that can lead them to suicide. These issues stem primarily from mental health conditions such as PTS and TBI, and stresses of transitioning out of the military.

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 22 minutes of;

22 OH Forward Lunges – stationary (15# / 25#)

22 Push Ups

22 Sit Ups

22 Wall Balls (14lbs / 20lbs)

22 Jumping Pull Ups (bar touches)

222 Meter Run

22 Box Jump Overs (20″)

22 Mountain Climbers (slow count)

22 Jumping Jacks

22 Burpees

22 Double Unders ( x2 singles)

* Both team members MUST complete 22 reps EACH at every station.

* You do not have to go in order, but you must complete all movement in a round before starting the next. Use your Scorecard to track your progress.

* Only one person may work at a time.

* You may break up the reps however you choose.

* Both team members will run together.
