Warm-up

A: Coach Led Warmup (No Measure)

Custom Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps in 27 minutes of the following;

80 Double Unders (slalom hops)

60 Russian KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

40 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

20 Pull ups

10 Flutter Kicks (4 count)
* Every 5 minutes on the minute each partner will run 200m together. Upon BOTH partners returning, you may resume the work where you left off

* Work will be divided equally but you may break it up however you choose.

* Every time you switch partners, BOTH will complete 2 burpees before resuming.

* The final run only will count as reps depending on distance completed when time expires.
