Minute 1 – 40 Double-Unders

Minute 2 – 8 Strict Ring Pull-Ups

Minute 3 – 4 Wall Climbs

C: Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Four sets for max reps against a 3-minute running clock of:

Run 100 Meters

10 Toes to Bar

10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

Rest 3 minutes between sets.
* For each round, count only the total reps of Toes to Bar + KB Swings. Exclude the run.

* Athlete will run once, and continue AMRAP of KB and T2B until 3 minutes expires.
