Three sets of:

Shoulder Press x 6 reps @ 0.5x Bodyweight

Rest 60-90 seconds

Single Armr Kettlebell Row x 10 reps (each arm)

Rest 60-90 seconds

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, each partner will complete 5 rounds for time of;

Row 500 Meters

20 Push-Ups

10 Pull Ups (C2B if able)
As soon as Partner A has completed the 500 meter row, partner B gets on. This will allow some rest for Partner A after completing their push-ups and pull-ups.

BOTH partners must Rx to be counted as such.
