Saturday Partner Workout

In teams of two, 7 rounds for time of:

20 Squats

20 Push-ups

20 Walking lunges (10 each leg)

Run 400 meters

Partners alternate as they see fit.

While one partner performs squats, the other holds a side plank

While one partner performs push-ups, the other holds a plank

While one partner performs lunges, the other holds a wall sit

Run recommended split is 100m (2 each for each partner).
This partner workout was inspired by the Hero WOD “Loredo”

U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Edwardo Loredo, 34, of Houston, Texas, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, was killed on June 24, 2010 in Jelewar, Afghanistan.
