6 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
8 Push-press (75/55lbs)
10 Sit Ups
Rest EXACTLY four minutes, and then:

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 13 minutes of:
4 Burpees
6 Hang Power Cleans (75/55 lbs)
8 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)
For both the A and B portion, team members will cycle through full rounds one at a time, with only one member working at any one time.
