Coach Led Warmup (No Measure)

Warm-up + speed & agility. Then, form practice of burpees, lunges & sit-ups.

Weightlifting

Front Squat (1×3)

Work on perfect squat form, starting with air squats. Those with perfect form may move on to front squat.

Custom Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Minute AMRAP:

10 Air Squats

10 Burpees

10 Lunges

10 Sit-ups

CrossFit Tic-Tac-Toe
Divide into two teams. One player at a time per team will run to the board to place their piece. Players may move their pieces after they are placed on the board into open spaces. The team who gets three in a row wins.
