In teams of two, complete:

100 Pull-Ups

300 Meter Farmer’s Carry (70&53 – 53&35) swap weights as often as needed)

100 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

300 Meter Farmer’s Carry

100 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

300 Meter Farmer’s Carry

Partition the reps however you would like.
*All teams will carry BOTH kettlebells on the farmers carry (different weights, same walk)

*for M/F Teams go in 50 M increments and collect relative weights at start/finish. Partner walks with you.
