12 left-arm kettlebell snatches, 1.5 pood

12 right-arm kettlebell snatches, 1.5 pood

15-ft. rope climbs, 3 ascents

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Optional WOD 2

In minute 1, complete 1 Burpee to 6″ target

In minute 2, complete 2 Burpees to 6″ target

In minute 3, complete 3 Burpees to 6″ target

Continue this pattern until you are unable to complete the required number of burpees in the allotted minute.
