Athletes divide into teams. Athletes run to base and perform movements. Teammates may not advance to the next base until the teammate in front of them completes the movement at each base.

* 1B = 10 MCs

* 2B = 3 Burpees

* 3B = 5 Air Squats

Runs are scored when each athletes crosses home plate. The team with the most runs before time expires wins.
