Today is the last day to join the Fit Life Challenge. This challenge grew out of the desires of the members of this gym to improve their lives as part of a supporting and encouraging peer group. Last year’s results were remarkable (just see the quotes at the end of the guide) – the winner received over $200, we provided over 200 healthy meals to children in need and members transformed their lives. Take advantage of this peer group & make your life all you want it to be.

3. Follow the ‘Get Started’ steps on page 4 of the guide. Remember to weigh-in at the gym before your class session today. The pre-challenge workout is athletes choice: Today’s Metcon &/or the CF-PPG Baseline (which will be an optional workout this Friday).

Warm-up
Weightlifting
B: Push Jerk (4-4-4-4)
Spend 20 minutes to find today’s 4 reps max.
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of;
40 Double Unders
12 Hand Release Push Ups
8 Kettle Bell Swings (53/35 lbs)
Rest exactly 2 minutes and complete 2 additional rounds.
* Continue where you left off in previous set for a score of total rounds and reps across 3 sessions.
* 2 mintues of rest will be taken between session 2 and session 3
