In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:

3 Ground to Overhead

6 Hand Release Push Up

9 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)

12 AbMat Situps
* Suggested weight is 135/95 lbs or your ‘Grace weight’. It’s only 3 reps at a time, challenge yourself.

* if you don’t have (or want) a training partner, complete C:2
