Weightlifting

B: Clean and Jerk (2-2-2-2-2)

Spend 20 minutes working up to a heavy double on Clean and Jerk. Rest no more than 7 to 10 seconds between reps.

Metcon

C: Metcon (Time)

For time;

Perform 50 Thrusters (115/75 lbs)

Every time you break the Thrusters (bar resting on ground) complete 5 pullups.
