C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

20 Double-Unders

10 Air Squats to target

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 Barbell Man-Makers (95/65 lbs)

10 Box Jumps or Step-Ups (24/20 ins)

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 Toes to Bar

10 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
