30 Double Unders

10 Walking lunges (quick count)

5 pull ups

At the compleation of every 10 rounds, the partners must take a 45# barbell for a 400m run. One or both can carry the bar, but it must travel the entire 400m.

Partner 1 completes a full round. Then partner 2 completes a full round. Continue alternating rounds.
