In teams of 2 with only one person working at a time and alternating full rounds, complete 7 rounds each of the following;

3 Power Cleans (185/135 lbs)

6 Bar Facing Burpees

12 AbMat Situps

24 Double Unders
~ if the prescribed weight exceeds 80% of your 1RM, you will use 75% of your 1RM for the weighted portion and will score it as prescribed.
