Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):

Snatch x 1.1.1

(rest 5-7 seconds between singles)

Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of;

2 Power Snatch

2 Rounds of “Cindy”

4 Power Snatch

2 Rounds of “Cindy”

6 Power Snatch

2 Rounds of “Cindy”

…continue this pattern until time expires adding 2 snatches per round.
