Warm-up

A: Coach Led Warmup (No Measure)

Custom Metcon

B: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2 dividing reps evenly, complete the following for time;

Buy in ~ 600m with each member carrying a KB (53/35 lbs).

Then:

100 KB Swings

80 AbMat Situps

60 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

40 Burpees

20 Rope Climbs

* Teams will run 200m (no KB) between each section including after the rope climbs. This may be split into 100’s or members may alternate full 200’s.
~ For the buy in, 1 teammate must have the KB in the overhead position and the other will hold it in the farmers carry position. The team cannot advance in meters until the KB is set as described.
