B: 20:00 Skill Work (Athlete Choice )

Work on any weightlifting lift or weightlifting skill
Pick your poison. Choose a lift you love or one you hate.

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of;

40 knee to elbow (partner in dead hang)

50 DB deadlift (partner in handstand)

60 pull ups (partner in plank)

80 Double unders (partner with plate overhead)

100m run (each)
*split reps evenly

*non working partner must be in designated position BEFORE work can occur

*each 100m run is 10 reps.
