Weightlifting
B: Single Leg Deadlift (E3MOM – 18 Minutes)
Complete 8 Reps on each leg. Elevated leg should be posted on a wall behind the athlete.

“Get A Grip”
Teams of two must complete 100 repetitions of the following complex:
1 Deadlift
1 Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
~ Partner A will begin the complex while partner B runs 200m.
~ Partner A cannot drop the bar until partner B returns from the run. If the bar rests on the ground for more than 1 second prior to the runner returning, no work on the complex will occur until partner B returns from the run and begins on the barbell complex. When partner B starts on the complex, Partner A will run 200m and the same rules apply.
~ Partner working on the complex must tag hands with the runner before leaving the work area.
~ Weights for barbell are 95/65 lbs.
