Warm-up

A: Athletes Choice (No Measure)

10 Minutes

B: Snatch Balance (1-1-1-1-1)

Spend 18-20 minutes to find today’s 1RM

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of each movement. There will be a 90 second rest between each one.

Movements:

Thrusters (45/35 lbs)

Alternating DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)

Wally-bally’s (20/14 lbs)

Atomic Sit Ups (45/25 lbs)
~ Teams of two must complete as many repetitions of the following movements as they can in 4 Minutes with only one partner working at time.

~ During the 4 minute window, EACH partner must complete a 200m run. This can be done together or separately. This is the only time both members can be working at the same time.

~ Scoring will be total reps for each of the four rounds.
