Choose a lift you need to work on…you have 20 minutes to master the technique
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
In teams of 2, complete the following for rounds and reps:
1. Alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of;
10 hang cleans
10 situps
10 hand release pushups
REST 3 MINUTES
2. With one person working at a time, complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of bar over burpees
REST 3 MINUTES
3. Alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of;
5 pullups (chest to bar)
10 push press
15 deadlifts
Suggested weights are 115/80 lbs but choose a weight that challenges you but will allow you to remain unbroken.
