Warm-up
A: Athletes Choice (No Measure)
10 Minutes
Weightlifting
B: Power Clean (3-3-2-2-1-1)
Find a heavyish 1RM
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, alternate minutes to complete the following EMOM;
In minute 1, partner A will do 1 power clean and partner B will do 1 burpee to a 6″ target.
In minute 2, partner B will do 2 power cleans and partner A will do 2 burpees to a 6″ target.
In minute 3, partner A will do 3 power cleans and partner B will do 3 burpees to 6″ target.
Continue this pattern until either the power cleans or burpees cannot be completed in the alotted minute.
~ Suggested weights are 135/95.
~ If this exceeds 55% – 60% of part B from today, consider loading that instead.
