B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, with partners splitting reps evenly (except double unders and runs), complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of;

20 Squats with Plate out Front (15/10lbs)

22 Toe to Bar (Knee above parallel)

24 Overhead 1 Arm Walking Lunge with Plate (15/10lbs)

26 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35lbs)

28 Double unders Each (High Single Jumps 1.1)

300m run together

4 Rope Climbs (fan OFF)
– Lunges will be with thumb/hand in hole extended all the way up, full extension.

– Run is 30 reps
