Today begins the 2019 CrossFit Games. Those of you that participated in the Open did the same workouts as these athletes did to arrive. These are the 1% of our sport and the best of the best. I encourage you to watch as much coverage as you can, not only for the competition, but to see just how big and beautiful the CrossFit Community is.

Note the tempo – you must pause for one-second in the front-rack position between every lift, then pause two full seconds with the load overhead before re-racking the weight.
