1: Bowling (No Measure)

Try to row exactly 100 meters. For every meter under or over 100 meters, complete one burpee.

2: Snatch

Take 15 minutes to find today’s one rep max. Work on getting full depth on the squat snatch. Work on snatch balance drill between sets to help with your speed under the bar.

3: Metcon (Time)

Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
12 Snatches 95/65
21 Pull-ups
