Clean out the Fridge – you know when you have a little bit of everything & you throw it all together to make dinner – this is basically that! Work together with your partner (virtual or in person) to work through this AMRAP for 30 minutes & have a blast doing it!

30 M Amrap

30 lunges (1 DB Front rack)

30 dumb bell dead lifts

30 alternating DB snatches

30 glute raises (DB on pelvis)

30 hollow rock

30 burpees (partner hold dumb bell)

30 DB step ups

30 sit-ups (with DB overhead)

300 m run together

All work done with 1 dumb bell and can be split as needed with partner
