CrossFit PPG – CrossFit

This is a good time to remind you why we honor our heros with workouts on days like today. Unlike most of what we do, Hero WODs have less to do with our performance and more to do with our tribute to their sacrifice and our ability to honor them with our ‘best efforts’.

As previously mentioned, none of us have moved at full speed in some time. Electing to do so because you believe that is the only way to honor our heroes properly is a recipe for injury and failure. Consider where you are in your fitness game, show up and pay tribute to this American hero in the safest and most responsible manner that you can.

This is about paying tribute with your efforts, passion, and determination….not your performance.
