C: Metcon (Time)
In teams of 2, complete the following for time;
Run 400m together
Then alternating full rounds, complete 10 rounds total of;
8 Pull Ups
10 Overhead Squats (75/55 lbs)
12 AbMat Situps
Immediately followed by;
400M run together
