Complete the following for reps;

6 1-minute rounds of:

3 thrusters (65/95 lbs)

60-yard shuttle sprint (5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards)

Max reps of pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
Rx+ ~ 105/155 lbs Thrusters & Chest to Bar pull ups
