50 KB Swings
50 T2B
50 Push UPs
50 Sit UPs
50 Cal Row (non rowing Partner does box step ups unit switch)
Switch as needed
*Burpees and Box step ups scored separately for total in Round 2
*start with box step ups on Round 2
