Try to row exactly 100 meters. For every meter under or over 100 meters, complete one burpee.

Rest 2 min
300 meter rows are intended to be sprinted at 100% effort. Post your total elapsed time including rest time.

In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete the following:

200 Wall Ball Shots
600 Meter Overhead Carry
200 Push-ups
