Run 400 Meters
15 Good mornings
15 PVC pass overs
15 Butt kickers
15 High knees
15 Squats

3 Rounds:

5 Jumping squats
5 Sit-ups
5 Push-ups

2: Clean

Four sets of:

Clean x 1.1.1.1

It aint worth squat if you don’t squat. A** to grass!

(rest 10 seconds between each single)
Rest 2-3 minutes

3: Metcon (Time)

Three sets for times of:

250 Meter Row
Wall Ball Shots x 20 reps
32/24 kg Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Rest 3 minutes
