In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of;

7 Hang Squat Snatch (75/55 lbs)

9 Hand Release Pushups

11 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

* After every 3 rounds, both partners will complete 1 rope climb (15′)
