B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 Minutes of the following:

Partner A: Run 400m

Partner B: AMRAP of the following:

5 Toes To Bar

10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

Continue to switch places until 25 minutes have passed.

**Partner A will pick up where partner B left off.

**When you switch places, BOTH partners must do 5 Burpees.
