B: Push Jerk (4-4-2-2)
Custom Metcon
C: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Push Jerks (115/80 lbs)
4 Pull Ups
5 Hand Release Push Ups
* Rest 1 minute and complete 2 additional cycles starting at the push jerks for every round.
