In teams of 2 complete 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps each* of:
Alternating DB Snatch (50/35 lbs)
Box Jump Overs (24/20 lbs)
Double Unders x 3
* Athletes work one at a time, alternating after each round.
~ Partner A will do 10 snatches. 10 box Jump Overs, and 30 Double Unders. Partner B will then do 10 of each movement (and 30 Double Unders). Partner A will then do 9 of each (and 27 Double Unders), then Partner B does 9 of each and so on…
