A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 32 Minutes of:

30/20/10 Dubs/Wall Balls (20/14) Each **Every time you break do 3 Burpees.

30/20/10 Pull Ups/KBS (53/35) Each **Every time you break do 3 Burpees.

30/20/10 DB Front Rack Lunge (50/35) Each **Every time you break do 3 Burpees.

30/20/10 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14) Each **Every time you break do 3 Burpees.

15/10/5 Box Step Overs w/DB (50/35) Each **Every time you break do 3 Burpees.

200 Meter Run Each

*Partner B can start their required reps after Partner A finishes burpees.
