Complete the following for time;

24-18-12-18-24 of:

Burpees

Situps

Air Squats

* Rest exactly 2 minutes and move to Part C

Metcon

C: Death by 10M (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In minute 1, run 10M and rest the remainder of the minute. In minute 2, run 10M out and back and rest the remainder of the minute. Complete this pattern adding 10M every minute until the runs cannot be completed within the minute.

* At the turn, both feet must cross the line and one hand must touch the ground
