In teams of 2, run through the following 30 minute AMRAP:
60 Dubs
50 DB Dead Lifts (50/35)
40 Russian Twists w/DB (50/35)
30 Front Rack Lunge w/DB (50/35)
20 HRPU
20 Burpees over DB
30 Box Step Overs w/DB (20″) (50/35)
400 M Run (200each)
50 Goblet Squats w/DB (50/35)
60 Pull Ups
*Can split work as desired
