Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
40 Double Unders
20 Front Squats (75/55 lbs)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
Rx+ ~ 20 Alternating Pistols for Front Squats & 30/24 in Box Jump Overs
