B: Seated Strict Press (3-3-3)

Strict press starting in the front rack position. Sit in an unsupported position, no chair backing, i.e. on a bench

Custom Metcon

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps in 4 minutes of:

6 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lbs)

8 Abmat Situps

10 Box Jump Overs

***Rest 1 Minute***

Complete this AMRAP two (2) additional times with the 1 Minute rest picking up were you left off for total rounds and reps.
