Perform one snatch balance and three overhead squats

Complete 2 sets of the following for max reps:

60 seconds of Plate Ground to Overhead (45/35 lbs)

Rest 60 seconds

60 seconds of Burpee Pull Ups

Rest 60 seconds

60 seconds of Sandbag Cleans over the Shoulder

Rest 60 seconds

60 seconds of KB Swings (53/35 lbs)
