During the Open, there was an extended time cap on this workout. My goal for you today is to work on barbell cycling. The time cap is in place for you to work that skill and be humble in finding loading that will allow that. 3-6 rounds of this should be unbroken on the cycling of the weight. If that is outside of your skill set, reduce loading / reps in order to hold 2 minute rounds. There is a difference between practice and competition. ~ Coach Steve
